The house has six private apartments spread over 3 floors and an attractive shared courtyard on the ground floor. It's ideally located in the pedestrianised area close to shops, restaurants, cafes and bars, everything is on the doorstep. The Anfiteatro, Piazza Napoleone and Piazza San Michele are all in neighbouring squares.

Character

The apartment is 130 m2 and has been carefully restored maintaining its historical value and the authentic character of its unique personality. It offers two double bedrooms, two living rooms and two bathrooms. The ceilings stand magnificently at 4 metres high, & the exposed beams carry an amazing ambience into the living areas. A contemporary style with a hint of vintage elegance inspired the interior decoration.

All rooms have whitewashed walls complemented perfectly with blends of oak and stone flooring. The bathrooms have been modernised to a high standard and decorated in warm neutral tones. The fully fitted kitchen contains an island with a large gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. The washing machine is in a separate utility room. All furnishings are made from good quality materials.

Sleeping spaces

The first double bedroom has walk in wardrobes and its own bathroom across the corridor. The second double bedroom is on a split level floor and has a spacious en-suite. Both bathrooms have extra large shower areas fitted with luxury raindance shower heads. Adjacent to the second bedroom is the second living room, ideal if two parties are sharing the apartment and a certain degree of privacy is required.
